Original Miniatures

When talking about American Renault miniatures, the first manufacturer that comes to mind is Original Miniatures.
The models (that were) available are: the 3-door Alliance sedan and the 1985 Alliance convertible.
Made of resin, the kits must be assembled and painted by yourself.
  • Alliance coupe - 2 doors (Reference: OM 106)
  • Alliance convertible (Reference: OM 72)
They are extremely difficult to find, but a few sometimes appear on Ebay.

Note: several times, our Club has been able to relaunch production (again in 2020).
You need to stay alert and be patient...

Memorables México

Latest find to date.
A 1984 Renault Alliance sedan, produced for the Mexican market: Memorables México #104.
A manufacturer had the great idea of creating a series dedicated to specific models sold in Mexico! A very nice initiative

Original creations

Some of our members or enthusiasts, disappointed not to find the Alliance/Encore models they dreamed of, had fun creating the missing ones!

Creation by Gilbert based on OttoMobile - The Renault GTA convertible 1:18
The creation of this GTA required 2 models from OttoMobile:
  • A Renault 11 coupe: to have the correct number of doors
  • A Renault 9 sedan: to get the rear trunk
The rest was created using a 3D printer with great talent.

The following miniatures are also creations by a member of the site Les Petites Renault.
Beautiful 1:43 scale creations based on Norev and some Automany models. Impressive!

Unknown model

We discovered on the internet this image of a Renault Alliance SEDAN that appears to be made of resin

Unfortunately, we do not have any more information about this find.
Is it a prototype that never went into production, a homemade creation by an enthusiast, or an attempt to create another model that ultimately looks very much like a Renault Alliance?
